Template description
Marketing brief leads to Define audience and then the Channel strategy diamond. That diamond has a single arrow onward to Produce assets, so the drawing records the choice but does not split the path by channel. Produce assets leads to Launch campaign and then Monitor live metrics. Hitting targets is the real split. No goes to Update bids and creatives and returns to Launch campaign, so the next loop is another launch, not a return to the brief. Yes builds a wrap-up report and then Archive insights. The archive is only on the yes side. A campaign that keeps missing the target never reaches the report in this picture.
When to use it
Use it in a mid-flight review when someone wants to rewrite the audience while the real arrow in front of you only sends bid and creative changes back to launch. It is also the map for a wrap-up meeting that should not start until the metrics diamond has been answered yes.
How to adapt it
If channels really diverge, give Channel strategy a branch per channel and join them again before Monitor live metrics. Write the actual goal on Hitting targets, such as a cost or a reply rate. Decide whether Update bids and creatives may also return to Produce assets when the asset itself is wrong. Leave Archive insights downstream of the report unless you file notes on every failed loop.
