Template description

Impressions connect to Engagements with CPM on the arrow. Engagements connect to Leads captured with CTR. Leads captured connect to Sales follow-up with Lead-to-MQL, and Sales follow-up connects to Closed won with Win rate. Leads captured also branches sideways to Lead nurturing stream, and that stream returns to Sales follow-up. Nurture does not skip ahead to Closed won, and it does not drop out of the funnel. A nurtured lead still has to pass the win-rate arrow. The side box is a delay into the same sales step, not a second pipeline with its own close.

When to use it

Bring it to a growth review where someone treats the nurturing stream as a separate funnel with its own win rate. You can show that the only win-rate arrow in the picture leaves Sales follow-up, and that both direct and nurtured leads enter that box.

How to adapt it

Rename the arrow labels to the rates you actually report, and add a stage only if it has a rate you will defend in the meeting. If nurture should return somewhere else, point it at that box instead of Sales follow-up. If some leads are disqualified, give them an exit that does not rejoin. Leave Closed won as the single end unless you also track closed lost.
