Template description

Entrance and greeter is the split. One path goes to New product zone, then Interactive area, then Checkout counter, then Pickup and service. The other path leaves the entrance for Consultation desk and then Loyalty enrollment. The consultation path never touches the product zone, the interactive area, or the register. Loyalty enrollment does not rejoin pickup. A shopper can be helped, and can join the loyalty list, without walking the merchandise. The drawing gives you two endings: service after the sale, and enrollment after a conversation. They share a door and nothing else.

When to use it

Open it when floor staff assume every visit becomes a checkout, or when the loyalty desk is being placed as if it were a station on the product path. The arrows let you staff the consultation line without pretending those people will pass the register.

How to adapt it

Rename the zones to the fixtures in your store. If a consultation should be able to walk someone to checkout, add that arrow. If pickup is only for online orders, say so on the box. Add a return from the interactive area to the product zone only if people really double back. Leave the loyalty path detached if joining the list does not require a purchase.
